What is your mission?
Engage and impact assigned customers through outbound and inbound calls, following training, standards, and company policiesServe as a trusted consultant to onboard, develop, and optimize advertiser campaignsIdentify and understand customer needs and objectives to tailor solutions effectivelyMeet and exceed performance targets, including productivity, upsell, and customer impact metricsIndependently manage daily activities based on customer priorities and incentive structuresOptimize advertising campaign components, such as : Ad copy, Bid prices, Cost per conversation, Cost per click, Keyword researchSupport campaign strategy development, including keyword analysis and implementationGenerate performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvementMonitor account budgets and maintain consistent client communicationLeverage automation technology to enhance SEM efforts and campaign efficiencyAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.1–2 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year in an outbound sales role. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutionsPassionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketingComfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new onesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting marketAbout TDCX
