Penerangan pekerjaanExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level); High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate); 1 year of previous experience (Preferred); Previous Salesforce CRM experience (Preferred); Knowledge of gaming products (Preferred); Proficiency with using a computer system and Microsoft Office. Customer & Technical Support for Video Gaming brand – German speaker
Are you a Gaming enthusiast and you want to embark in a new adventure? As a Customer and Technical Support Representative, you will be supporting the German market with the help of a translation tool, over chat.
You will be providing assistance to all gaming products, installing and synchronizing software and devices and provide assistance and advice when purchasing all gaming products. Become our clients’ ambassador! Be the first point of contact for a gaming industry community.
