Penerangan pekerjaanManage production of digital assets across social, paid media, short-form video, website content, email / CRM, landing pages, and display ads. Ensure all creatives meet channel specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, search / display, etc.). Oversee digital content calendars, asset pipelines, and real-time creative optimisation. Own timelines, sprint cycles, approvals, and delivery sequencing for multiple workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional digital teams including designers, motion editors, copywriters, performance marketers, and web specialists. QA all digital assets for accuracy, brand compliance, and platform-readiness. Track creative delivery efficiency, digital performance indicators, and content impact by channel. Prepare clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prvious experience in digital account management, content operations, or creative production. Deep understanding of digital channels, platform specs, and creative best practices. Proven success managing multi-market digital content and creative workflows. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Agency, performance marketing, or fast-paced digital environment experience preferred.
