Mega Million Dollar Agency is seeking highly driven and professional Protection & Wealth Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals and families in achieving financial security and long-term wealth accumulation through tailored insurance and financial planning solutions.

As a Protection & Wealth Consultant, you will build trusted client relationships, conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis, and deliver professional advice that safeguards their future while helping them grow their wealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultation on protection and wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct financial planning sessions and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and consistent engagement.
  • Assist clients with policy servicing, claims, and after-sales support.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field (SPM / STPM holders with proven sales experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in insurance, finance, or sales is an added advantage (comprehensive training will be provided).
