Role Profile : As

Senior Associate, Client Solution

s, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Unispace's strategy to build, grow, and sustain strong client relationships across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will be a proactive, results-oriented professional, driving both strategic and tactical initiatives to optimise client engagement, deepen Tier 1 relationships, and accelerate commercial growth across mature and emerging markets

Responsibilities (not limited to

  • ) : Develop and implement the local Client Solutions strategy, integrating client relationship management, pursuit strategy, and business development activities across mature and growth market
  • s.Drive sales performance through faster internal alignment around live opportunities, effective pursuit planning, and deeper cross-functional collaboratio
  • n.Deepen Tier 1 client relationships, with a focus on cross-selling services and increasing share of walle
  • t.Develop and utilise local client insights and analytics to continuously inform and refine the Client Solutions approac
  • h.Proactively track and manage the conversion of leads and the movement of prospects through all sales stages to ensure pipeline discipline and progressio
  • n.Identify and develop new business opportunities with target clients, aligned to strategic growth sector
  • s.Report regularly to the Singapore Studio Lead on KPIs, pipeline health, sales performance, and client relationship metric
  • s.Conduct Client Relationship Performance (CRP) analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on client feedback and satisfaction trend
  • s.Collaborate closely across disciplines, regions, and within the region to ensure seamless client experience and aligned pursuit effort
  • s.Champion the Unispace culture, values, and behaviours across the Client Solutions functio
  • n.Drive consistent standards, practices, and technology adoption to enhance organisational effectiveness and studio performanc
  • e.Implement and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with global and local strategie

  • You : Minimum 8 years of industry experience in a client-facing role, encompassing both relationship management and business developm
  • ent.Proven success in developing and managing client relationships, with a strong client-oriented appro
  • ach.Proven experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as navigating complex sales cyc
  • les.Strong understanding of the whole sales funnel, pipeline tracking, and opportunity convers
  • ion.Experience in pitching and presenting to senior-level stakeholders, with confidence and strategic influe
