Job Brief

The Operation Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operation and settlement related to reload reconciliation and / or settlement and / or user wallet adjustment. The role also supports the Assistant Manager to perform any administrative work and reporting related.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure all settlement file from all channel are completely upload on daily basis
Ensure files are reconcile on daily basis
Proactively check and investigate exceptional transaction from the reload reconciliation
Proactively check and investigate any variance related to settlement from any channel
Update Reload reconciliation tracker on daily basis
Process and generate softpin request as an when required
Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance / Customer (if require)
Ensure settlement are process accurately and timely as per agreement with merchant
Ensure all adjustment of transaction are made on timely as per SLA
Ensure all tracker related to wallet transaction are updated daily
Follow up issue (if any) accordingly
Proactively escalate any issue to Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

Possess Diploma / Degree or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration or Finance Logistics or Supply Chain or related Professional Certification.

1 – 2 years working experience in logistics operation management, preferably in the Finance / Banking.
