COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Eco-R is Malaysia's first officially licensed AATF, specializing in the recycling of ELVs (end-of-life vehicles), commercial trucks, and heavy equipment parts. Our mission is to lead the country's sustainable automotive recovery industry.

RESPONSILIITIES

Lead overall AATF site operations and team management

Strong technical knowledge in trucks / heavy machinery and able to estimate the value of used parts and develop sales strategies

Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with JPJ, JKKP, MOT, DOE

Oversee inventory record and job sheet for parts tracking and reporting

Develop car sourcing channels and B2B clients (insurer, auction houses, fleet operators)

Responsible for financial KPIs including recovery tonnage, part margins, and ROI

REQUIREMENTS

Preferable age between 35 – 50 years old

Preferable education in Engineering, automotive, logistics or related fields

At least 5 – 10 years of management experience, familiar with trucks, construction machinery, parts business or dismantling and recycling

Have good communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
