Attractive to this Role The APAC Tax Manager will support Azelis’ Regional APAC Headquarters (Singapore) and Group Tax Department (Antwerp, Belgium) on all direct and indirect tax topics in the APAC region, collaborate with local finance teams, and contribute to tax strategy alignment with Group initiatives. The role will involve transfer pricing compliance, tax compliance monitoring across APAC jurisdictions, and involvement in APAC acquisitions projects. Responsibilities

Ambitious APAC Tax Manager with strong analytical and communication skills to support growth strategy, and to assist the Regional APAC Headquarters (Singapore) and Group Tax Department (Antwerp) on direct and indirect tax topics in the APAC region. Play an active role in APAC transfer pricing compliance and documentation, monitor tax compliance (including effective tax rate) in APAC jurisdictions, and participate in APAC acquisitions projects (e.g., business mandates, M&A). Contribute to transfer pricing policy rollout and documentation in APAC countries or newly acquired entities in accordance with local tax legislation. Ensure APAC tax strategy remains aligned with Group business plans and strategic initiatives. Proactively manage relationships with tax authorities and assist in resolving tax audits and controversies. Monitor and preserve current local transfer pricing documentation in line with BEPS standards and local law across APAC. Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with filing requirements (e.g., TP documentation and tax returns). Provide support on general tax compliance matters (withholding tax returns, etc.). Follow new legislative initiatives in APAC that impact Azelis and communicate implications to internal stakeholders. Collaborate daily with local finance teams and other specialists (Treasury, Legal, Controlling & Finance, M&A, Strategy). Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in international taxation, in a Big 4 or boutique firm, or equivalent private industry expertise. Additional expertise in APAC transfer pricing is a plus. University degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering and / or Law; post-graduate degree in Tax. Team player with analytical, pragmatic, flexible mindset; strong interaction between finance and tax. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to work with figures. Fluent in English with effective written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on mentality, proactive attitude, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to take ownership. Flexible to work with colleagues in different time zones. Seniority level
