Senior Warehouse Distribution Analyst

Position Summary

Warehouse Distribution Analyst leading awarehouse team to ensure operational excellence through all phases of material movement, storage & shipping. The role involves transportation, inventory control, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of warehouse employees to accomplish warehouse and organization KPIs by completing related results as needed.

Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all inventories moving in and out of the warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.

Champion continuous improvement projects for warehouse operations.

Drive productivity and cost savings through all phases of material movement processes.

Track and report on KPIs.

Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and ensuring all equipment in good working condition. Plan for PM and call for repair on a timely manner if required.

Accomplish warehouse human‑resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.

Comply with environment, security, health and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

Must possess good analytical skills, strong leadership, articulate, resourceful, and highly organized.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.

Strong computer skills, including Excel and Warehouse Management System (SAP).

Possess a sound understanding of supply chain operations, primarily in finished goods delivery, warehousing and inventory control.

Education

Minimum : Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related fields, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
