We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Content Executive to join the dynamic team at our leading radio station, 988 . This critical 6‑month contract role is centered on shaping the station’s daily acoustic landscape by managing and executing all aspects of music programming. The successful candidate will ensure a compelling on‑air flow, maintain compliance with broadcasting standards, and support high‑impact creative and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Music Scheduling & Logistics : Plan and execute daily music scheduling (typically three days in advance) and diligently maintain accurate music logs and content records.
• Library Management : Update, categorise, and curate the station’s extensive music library to ensure proper flow and maximum audience engagement.
• External Coordination : Act as a key liaison with external record labels to coordinate new music releases, promotional activities, artist interviews, and related music events.
• Market Analysis : Proactively monitor competitor station playlists and adjust internal programming strategies based on market trends and audience insights.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure rigorous adherence to all mandatory content requirements, hourly music allocations, and regulatory reporting (e.g., MCMC) standards.
• Campaign Support : Actively assist in the development of creative content, on‑air campaigns, and the operational execution of station events.
