Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight : Manage warehouse activities, including logistics, housekeeping, machinery maintenance, and staff safety.
• Inventory Control : Maintain accurate manual and system records with minimal variances.
• FIFO Management : Enforce FIFO practices to reduce material aging, deterioration, and wastage.
• System Accuracy : Ensure timely and accurate data entry with proper adjustments.
• Stock Counts : Plan and conduct stock take to prevent discrepancies.
• Delivery Management : Oversee daily delivery arrangements to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• SOP & Training : Develop operational procedures and conduct training for the team.
• Performance Monitoring : Analyse activities, costs, and budgets to track progress.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
• Team Leadership : Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
