Engineering Lead (Mobile / Web) – iOS or Android

We are partnering with a leading finance firm that’s transforming their digital landscape. With innovation at its core, the company is developing cutting-edge mobile and web solutions across iOS and Android platforms and they are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive large-scale technical delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead cross-functional squads to deliver complex features, epics, and releases.

Define and align solution designs, APIs, and microservices aligned with enterprise architecture.

Oversee technical risk, compliance, and security across all stages of delivery.

Coach engineers, review team performance, and champion engineering excellence.

Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

Proven experience leading technical delivery for iOS / Android or cross-platform solutions.

Strong technical background in Java / J2EE, APIs, Cloud, Databases, and DevOps.

Solid experience in Agile / Scrum environments, with the ability to lead from the front.

Strong communication and influencing skills across engineering and product teams.
