Job Description
- Leadership : lead and manage a team of engineers providing support and direction.
- Project oversight : project planning and costing, develop project plans, timelines and resources allocation.
- Project monitoring : oversee project milestone, ensuring adherence to time lines, budget, etc.
- Technical expertise : provide technical guidance and support, evaluate and approve engineering designs.
- Liaison : act as a primary contact between engineering team and other depts like production, sales, QA.
- QA : ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company's policy.
- Help align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage engineering budgets and resource allocation.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the management level.
Good communication & interpersonal skill.
Project management related experiences.
