We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Senior Executive, IT Finance
to lead financial planning, analysis, and governance for our IT organization. This role bridges technology and finance, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, cost transparency, and value realization from IT investments. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with deep understanding of IT operations, budgeting, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
Oversee IT Finance Operation such as PR / PO / Payment / budget tracking / reporting Lead the development and management of the IT budget, forecasts, and long-range financial plans Work with IT Program Director to align financial strategy with technology roadmap Analyze IT spend across network, applications, IT Security, project and Business as usual Drive cost optimization and value realization through benchmarking and financial modelling Implement and maintain IT financial governance frameworks and reporting tools Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements Support business cases for major IT investments and transformation program Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 6+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in IT finance or technology-related roles Strong understanding of IT cost structures, CAPEX / OPEX and financial KPIs Proficiency in financial systems e.g., Oracle and data visualization tools Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced ,
cross-functional environment and less guidance Preferred Skills
Experience in technology-driven industries (e.g., fintech, telecom, SaaS) Familiarity with IT Cost Structure i.e. License matrix, Server Component, Payment Milestones etc. Familiarity with IT Development Life Cycle / Project Management Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound judgments in fast-paced environments Seniority level
