Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Shipping, Logistics, or related field (fresh graduates may apply). Knowledge of shipping documentation and port procedures preferred. Proficient in MS Office; experience with shipping systems is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours. Job Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating vessel schedules, cargo loading / unloading, and port activities.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, Manifests, Customs forms).
- Liaise with customers, shipping agents, hauliers, and port authorities on shipment status.
- Monitor container / equipment control and update operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations team.
