Basic salary : between RM4,430.00 to RM13,640.00 (based on experience)

Scope

The officer will be a member of the faculty, performing teaching, research, and examination duties as required of an academic staff member. They will also undertake moral and religious obligations towards colleagues and students, attend university meetings and committees, participate in general campus life, and advise students on character and conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops and seminars.
• Developing curricula and course materials.
• Collaborating with other academics to improve teaching methods.
• Setting and grading assignments, tests and examinations.
• Conducting research, writing papers, proposals, journal articles and books.
• Attending and participating in meetings, conferences and external events.
• Engaging in training opportunities and institutional initiatives.
• Providing support to students and colleagues.
• Staying current through reading and publishing in the field.
• Functioning as a clinical specialist, where required.
