Penerangan pekerjaanPlan, organize, and control manpower and equipment capacity to optimize productivity and meet production schedules. Oversee daily injection molding operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to molding engineers and technicians. Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinates; develop staff competencies through education, knowledge transfer, and on-the-job training. Plan and manage production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
Job Requirements :
- Possess Diploma or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- With five (5) years of relevant experience in the plastic injection molding industry, including mold setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes, and manufacturing parameters.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and focus on product quality.
