Position : Cost Controller

Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and analyze daily costs across hotel departments, particularly food & beverage and operations.Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and prevent losses.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual expenses with budgeted amounts.Collaborate with procurement to ensure supplier contracts align with budget and cost targets.Ensure compliance with financial policies and conduct internal audits.Prepare and present cost reports to management for strategic decision-making.Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.Track and review expenses related to hotel operations, including labor, supplies, and utilities.Identify areas for cost savings and recommend efficiency improvements.Qualifications & Experience :
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis within the hospitality industry.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and hotel management systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Interested candidate please apply online or email to xiaoping@talentrecruit.com.my
