IRC Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of monitoring and evaluation systems for its refugee support initiative. Major Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation System Design : Develop and implement a robust M&E framework including indicators, tools, and reporting templates. Data Collection & Analysis : Conduct regular community consultations and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data. Capacity Building & Support : Provide technical support and training to program staff and facilitators on M&E tools and practices. Knowledge Management and Learning : Collaborate with Senior Program Lead, content developers, and trainers to ensure alignment of M&E activities. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E, preferably in humanitarian or refugee contexts. Proven ability in designing and implementing M&E systems and tools. Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
