Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales and Technician Support specialist. The role is located in Johor Baharu. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, performing sales activities, handling customer service inquiries, and executing tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of scent delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Technical Support capabilities and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to close sales
• Ability to work independently and on‑site in Johor Baharu
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in related fields
• Experience in the scent delivery or similar industry is a plus
