Key duties
A. Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and related regulation and requirement, prepare CVP and effectively communicate their feature, advantage and benefits to our potential clients.
B. Client Engagement
Engage with customer during pre-sales activities, presentations and demo to showcase our products and address inquiries and objections.C. Salesmanship
Making effective schedule for customer appointment with potential clients, visit and total coverage of assigned territory and groups.Identify selling opportunities, qualifying potential customer, evaluate customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with our products.Thorough follow through action to convert lead into sales and achieved and exceed individual sales target.Provide effective training and support to the customers.D. Customer-Relationship Management
Managing good relationship with potential customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to retain them for an extended period of times.Act like a technical liaison, deliver and uphold as what has committed to the customers and ensuring customer’s needs are met.Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain relationship.Continue follow up and timely response to customer inquiries and needs to nurture existing relationship, and ensure customer satisfaction, retains customer loyalty and help prospect for new customers.E. Solution Development
Understand customer needs, tailored solutions to show how our products can best fulfil those needs.Prepare and get ready with supporting data on handling customer objections.F. Feedback Loop
Gather and record feedback from customers, current product used, and experience of usage, to Sales Manager and Product Manager and contribute to the product or service enhancement and development.G. Collaboration
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-department and cross offices, and achieved company goals and objectives.Qualification & Experience Required
Min. Degree in Electrical / electronics, Mechanical, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Applied science or related fields.3-5 years working experience in sales environment.Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical and product features effectively.Aggressive, results-orientated & interpersonal skill.Able to be work independently with minimum supervisory.Good verbal & written communications, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to converse in otherLanguages and local dialects will be an added advantage.Willing and flexible to travel nationwide and possess his / her own car of transport and support sales activities as required.The position is available at our HQ in Seri Kembangan and our Penang branch in Butterworth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
