To ensure the activities on site run smoothly and follow all the specifications and procedures by considering the completion time and quality of works.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinate construction work; earthwork, structure and etc. in order to meet deadlines.
• Perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.
• Responsible for construction of structural works, road widening and site daily report.
• Responsible for construction of structure work and launching work.
• Assist Construction Manager- advice CM by providing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Communicating with supervisors, peers, and subordinates- providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates for implementation on site.
• Analyzing data or information- identifying the underlying principles, reasons or fact of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Monitoring quality control and safety matters on the site.
• To undertake all other tasks / project as assigned by immediate supervisor / management from time to time.
