Role and Location

The Product Manager will design habit-forming experiences that keep users engaged and returning to Elfie daily. You’ll blend behavioral science, emotional design, and data-driven insights to drive long-term health habits. Relocation to Vietnam is provided.

  • What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Elfie’s user engagement strategy across onboarding, mid-game, and long-term retention to build lasting behavior change
  • Design and optimize behavioral product loops such as streaks, coin economy, challenges, and milestone rewards to drive habit formation and motivation
  • Integrate personalized in-app communications into the user journey to prompt action without overwhelming users
  • Collaborate with behavioral scientists, designers, engineers, and content teams to transform evidence-based insights into intuitive, engaging product experiences
  • Use data, user feedback, and A / B testing to understand what drives behavior and continuously improve product outcomes
  • Build scalable engagement systems with reusable frameworks and logic that can adapt across features, segments, and markets
  • Define and track key engagement metrics to guide decisions, measure impact, and prioritize product improvements
  • Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring every engagement mechanism is grounded in empathy, science, and sustainable health improvement
  • What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile product management, with a focus on user engagement and retention
  • 3+ years managing B2C products at scale (500,000+ MAU), ideally in consumer health, education, or lifestyle apps
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end product development from idea to launch, iteration, and optimization
  • Specialized Experience

  • Gamification and behavior design expertise
  • Experience designing habit-forming features (e.g., streaks, badges, lotteries, or reward systems)
  • Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, motivational design, or consumer engagement frameworks
  • Bonus : background in wellness, digital health, or mobile games
  • User-Centered Design and Experimentation

  • Proficient in Figma for wireframing and collaborating on user flows and journeys
  • Familiar with mobile UX best practices for daily routines, feedback loops, and micro-interactions
  • Experienced in designing, running, and analyzing A / B tests and product experiments
  • Data-Driven Product Thinking

  • Skilled at interpreting engagement funnels, retention curves, and behavioral data
  • Comfortable using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker to inform and validate product decisions
  • Able to define, track, and optimize product KPIs (D1, D7, D30, streak adherence, etc.)
  • Collaboration and Communication

  • Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional and global team alignment
  • Strong project ownership with the ability to independently manage priorities and influence stakeholders
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
