Job Description

The Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving SEEK’s client reactivation strategies, rebuilding long‑term relationships and ensuring account success. You will manage a portfolio of roughly 500 accounts – SMEs, corporate clients and previously churned users – leveraging consultative door‑to‑door sales to uncover opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll deliver tailored solutions, monitor sales pipelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reengage churned accounts by actively pursuing and winning back previously churned customers.
  • Lead door‑to‑door client visits, engaging SMEs and corporate clients, uncovering needs and providing solutions.
  • Tailor recovery plans using customer insights for each territory and sales performance goal.
  • Drive account optimization by monitoring and improving activity to ensure SEEK’s tools meet hiring needs.
  • Collaborate on strategic campaigns with marketing, customer experience and product teams to reinforce win‑back strategies.
  • Analyze churn and trends to develop actionable insights that improve recovery rates and inform sales practices.
  • Provide training and consultation, sharing hiring tool strategies to improve client talent acquisition.
  • Maintain pipeline accountability by tracking daily activity with CRM tools and updating churned accounts status.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in reactivating accounts.
  • Proficiency in consultative, solution‑based selling approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and execute data‑driven strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engagement.
  • Willingness to conduct regular travel for door‑to‑door client visits.
