About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Culinary Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Chef De Partie is responsible to assist the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in supervising and running his / her assigned section within the culinary outlet and on demand in any other area of the culinary operation. The Chef De Partie reports to the Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
