Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and project management principles Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
As a Site Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects in Perak. This full-time position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, including carpenters, masons, and labourers, to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines
- Monitor and maintain quality control on the construction site, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage and optimise the use of equipment, materials, and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
