This role combines customer service support with responsibility for managing our premium coffee machine operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks on a laptop while ensuring smooth day-to-day coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the company’s coffee machine to provide high-quality beverages to employees and guests.
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and consumables; ensure timely ordering and replenishment.
• Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) related to coffee supplies and related items.
• Monitor and control incoming coffee stock to avoid wastage or shortage.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support as required.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the coffee area.
