Cybersecurity Specialist (Microsoft)
Responsibilities
- Consult, design and implement cybersecurity controls across Microsoft platforms, including :
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Microsoft Purview
- Encryption & Key Management Infrastructure
- Able to perform vulnerability assessments and remediation in Azure and On-prem environments
- Develop conditional access policies, privileged identity management (PIM) and identity lifecycle workflows
- Good understanding of security & industry specific frameworks not limited to ISO / IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, ISA / IEC 62443, Zero Trust Architecture and etc
- Lead and conduct technical, discovery, design decisions and business level workshops for all levels of audience
- Participate and articulate incident response and threat hunting using Microsoft tools and analytics
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure secure deployments and endpoint security
- Mentor and coordinate with tiered teams to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years in enterprise / cloud security architecture, preferred in banking and financial institutionsHands-on cybersecurity experience with Microsoft cloud and on-prem environmentsProven leadership in both technical and business matters; able to communicate clearly in English—written and oralCertifications (Preferred) : SC-100, MS-102, AZ-500, SC-300
