Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary :

You will be working directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom‑match them with Developers from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities :

• Work with clients to understand their needs and custom‑match them with Engineering experts from our talent network (Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, among others) and provide support during the matching process, throughout the engagement, and beyond.
• Write professional, engaging, and accurate job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job.
• Find the right talent to meet client goals.
• Introduce the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent’s experience, skills, and relevance to the client’s business needs.
• Manage the matching process end‑to‑end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent, including confirmation that talent meets both skills and experience criteria along with the commitment and timezone constraints.
• Track, understand, and incorporate client and talent feedback to increase the likelihood of success.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to effectively take advantage of opportunities, remove friction in the process, and deal with engagement issues when they arise.
