Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis function, contributing to the development of data-driven strategies.
• Implement and share innovative ideas for data utilization and analysis.
• Take a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Drive initiatives to enhance data processes and analytical capabilities.
• Showcase advanced proficiency in Excel for detailed business analysis and modeling.
• Utilize Excel for in-depth insights into complex datasets.
• Develop and implement interactive dashboards for effective data communication.
• Apply experience and knowledge in analyzing call center, customer services, sales, or telemarketing data.
• Provide actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and accessible manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
• Proactively integrate new tools and methodologies for improved business analysis.
