Strong execution, responsibility, and timely high‑quality delivery. Proactive, collaborative, independent problem‑solver with fast‑paced learning agility. Fluent in English / Mandarin is required.
We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced HRBP in Kuala Lumpur (onsite).
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply partner with departments to align HR with business goals and execute initiatives efficiently.
- Identify opportunities / challenges; apply advanced HR solutions in talent, compensation, performance, and relations.
- Collaborate with leaders / employees to build a positive, high‑performing culture and resolve issues swiftly.
- Source talent via diverse channels; design and drive personalized development programs.
- Anticipate evolving needs; review org structure / talent regularly and mobilize resources to enhance capabilities.
