About the role

Greenlife Harvest (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team based in Semenyih, Selangor. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Descriptions :

  • Oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing or production line.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers.
  • Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and in good working order.
  • Develop and maintain production reports and records, such as production schedules, inventory levels, and production costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure that production processes are coordinated and integrated with other business processes.
  • Adhered to all workplace safety and Food Safety, HALAL standard requirements.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Candidate should possess at least SPM, Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate in relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or industrial management.
  • Leadership experience or training in supervising teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of production processes and techniques in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is added advantage.
  • English, BM and BC speaking and writing skill.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to do overtime.
  • Able to work at Cheras & Semenyih area.

    • Work Schedule :

    Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    Saturdays : Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month), half-day only, 8 : 30am-12 : 30pm

  • Salary range depending on the working experience
  • RM 3,100 – RM 4,500++ per month
