Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse and map business requirements to system functionalities, perform system prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, testing, programming, user training, documentation and implementations of systems solutions. Establish and analyze business processes and workflows that efficiently support business operations, based on the client’s processes and industry’s best practices. May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to performance of computer systems. Provide support 24 / 7 to users on HIS / EMR system modules, data interfaces and hospital departments’ workflows across different hospitals within Sunway Healthcare Group.
