Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the office, providing a courteous and professional welcome while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Events Management : Familiarize yourself with event details and assist with on‑ground activations to ensure smooth execution.

Facilities Management : Schedule meetings, coordinate office activities, and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain a safe, organized, and pleasant environment for colleagues and visitors.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Preferably with experience in Front Desk or Reception . However, candidates with a strong interest in guest relations are also welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Possess a professional appearance, pleasant personality and strong work ethics.
