Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Account Manager located in Ipoh. The Finance & Account Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Finance & Account Manager will coordinate audit activities, manage payroll, and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and effective financial management.

Qualifications

• Financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills
• Experience in accounting functions and preparation of financial statements
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit coordination
• Skills in payroll management and collaboration with other departments
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus
