Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Able to work on shift work. Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# and / or SQL. Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and support for all backend systems and web apps.
- Collaborate with internal development team to design and develop software applications.
- Collaborate with external vendors to deploy and maintain software applications.
- Database Development and Management
- Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution for internal and external clients
- Project Documentation and adherence to DevOps Practices.
- Hands-on & Advisory work on System Integration & Database related tasks :
- Backend (C#.net) development on Web Service, Windows Service
- Database Design, Configuration & Implementation
- SQL scripting (e.g. Stored Procedures)
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Test Data Preparation & Management
