We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Muar. The successful candidate will focus on selling FMCG and traditional herbs products, achieving monthly sales targets, and building strong customer relationships within the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Take orders from existing customers / outlets and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Continue servicing existing customers / outlets to maintain strong relationships.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Address and arrange credit note issues for items in outlets or from customers.
- Responsible for consistently achieving monthly sales targets and proactively suggesting promotions to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related industriesPreferably below 45 years oldValid driver's license and willingness to travelCompetitive base salary with commission based on achieving monthly sales targetsProactive and able to work independently with minimal supervisionProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in using email for regular communication and reportingKnowledge of the market is a plusJob Type : Full-time
