Get to Know the Team

The Driver Onboarding team plays an important role to onboard Driver and Delivery Partners. Our mission? Seamless onboarding experience. We are a team that ensures supply stability, supports driver success and embraces innovation.

Get to Know the Role

You will focus on improving the driver onboarding funnel through data analysis and operational improvement projects to ensure we meet Driver / Delivery Partner activation targets and maintain service quality. You will help identify bottlenecks, design interventions, and collaborate with teams to improve conversion. Project management may include process optimization and explore avenues to overcome regulatory hurdles, and working with teams. You will report to Assistant Manager, Driver Onboarding and based in Petaling Jaya.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Data Analysis

Analyze driver onboarding and activation data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks.

  • Develop applicable insights and strategies to improve activation rates.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track activation performance metrics.
  • Strategy Development

    • Design and implement data-driven plans to achieve monthly activation targets.

  • Collaborate with acquisition and product teams to increase driver acquisition funnels.
  • Identify approaches to attract and retain drivers.
  • Process Optimization

    • Improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce drop-offs.

  • Monitor and address pain points in the activation journey.
  • Performance Tracking

    • Review activation progress and adjust strategies.

  • Present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration

    • Work with teams to align activation strategies with broader company goals.

  • Engage with external partners and vendors to support onboarding initiatives.
  • Market Research

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies for driver acquisition and activation.

  • Identify opportunities to differentiate and improve activation process.

    • Qualifications

    What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have 2-3 years experience in the ride-hailing, logistics, or gig economy industry.
  • You have experience in data analysis, strategy development, and operations management.
  • You have proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • You have a mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals.
