ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

What you'll be doing

Monitoring and reporting on the company's environmental performance, including waste management, energy consumption, and emissions

Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards

Developing and implementing environmental management plans and initiatives to improve the company's sustainability

Conducting environmental assessments and audits, and recommending corrective actions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations

Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports for management and regulatory authorities

Staying up-to-date with the latest environmental policies, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in an environmental officer or similar role, preferably within the engineering industry

Strong understanding of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices

Proficiency in conducting environmental assessments, monitoring, and reporting

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving environmental issues
