Our client is a leading communications service provider in Malaysia that offers mobile and broadband plans and the latest smartphones. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Retail Team as Sales Customer Care Consultant

Job Descriptions

  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating professionalism & in-depth product knowlede
  • Develop & deliver tailored, solution-based sales pitches to meet individual customer eeds
  • Stay updated on the latest Maxis & SIS partner products, promotions, and solutions to ensure accurate and effective communication with cusomers
  • Drive sales growth for Maxis GA (Maxis Plan) among both consumer and professional customer sements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business at Maxis' store prtner.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel to different partner locations when rquired.
  • To assume any other assignments from the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level SPM / Diploma
  • Must have basic communication skills
  • Relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • Working day : Mon-Sun (5 days per week with 2 rotational off days)
  • Prefer sales or customer service candidates, but fresh graduates with passion in sales are welcome to APPLY
  • TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
  • Willing to commute for on job training at another branch in Kuala Terengganu
