Demand Planner (Senior Exec / Asst Manager)

Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring sales trends, inventory levels, and market movement to identify demand requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement.

Assist in preparing budgets and tracking purchasing expenses.

Communicate with internal teams to understand, track, and plan orders based on operational needs.

Support the development of purchase plans and prepare purchase orders based on forecasted demand and stock analysis.

Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners to monitor shipment schedules, lead times, and delivery accuracy.

Track and update shipment status, ensuring timely arrival and resolving any delays, discrepancies, or related issues.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipment documents, and stock reports for operational tracking.

Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth inbound processing and documentation flow.

Highlight potential supply risks, fast‑moving items, or low‑stock situations to supervisors and propose necessary actions.

Prepare operational reports, including inventory summaries, shipment updates, and purchasing status.

Support operations improvement projects and process enhancement initiatives.

Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or management.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance and Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business Information System, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in distribution or the FMCG skincare / cosmetics industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or inventory management software.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
