Account Payable Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanAssists in month-end closing, journal entry preparation, and account analysis and reconciliation including inter-company accounts Assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports Process vendor payments on a timely and accurate manners in compliance with the company\'s policies on authorization limits and payment terms Provides computer-input support and certain clerical functions as required May perform clerical functions such as, but not limited to, the copying and filing of documents, and preparing / completing administrative paperwork as required May facilitates resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence Performs related functions and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Accounting / Finance or relevant field
- Detailed, responsible individual
- Had relevant working experience in Account field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
