About Us : H-huat Furniture is a leading manufacturer of panel-based furniture similar to Ikea, known for our commitment to quality and affordability.

Our factory is based in Batu Pahat, Johor with global sales channel and local online brand presence under D'Nest Furniture.

As we expand our operations, we are looking to add an Account Admin to our team to support our accounting and financial functions.

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Admin with a at least Diploma cert. to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in factory purchasing
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and invoices.
• Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with auditors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
