Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business empanelment with the IT or Non-IT Customers.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client Relationship, Account Management and Delivery Management) to provide tailored solutions that meet Customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain reports on pipeline and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or Recruitment.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
