- Language Proficiency : Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience : 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Background : Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
- Flexibility : Able to work on a 24 / 7 rotational shift schedule.
- Education : Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
