Logistic Executive

Yee Loong Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Logistic Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Klang, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments

Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

To look for best and cost effective freight arrangements

To liaise, arrange and coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders all issues for import and export shipments including all related documents and procedures

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

To be responsible for the correct issuance of all import and export documents including MIDA / Customs Duty and SST

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics function

Strong understanding of logistics operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex logistical challenges

Adaptable to changes in the industry and able to implement innovative solutions

Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
