Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of full set accounts & reports
- Managing cash flow position & credit control for financial planning
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
- Processing expense reports, payment requests and invoicing requests
- Preparing bank‑related applications and handling bank facility transactions – LC / Term Loan / Term Deposit / BG
- liaising with external parties such as bankers, tax agents, auditors, co‑secretaries and government authorities
- Year‑end tax & audit preparation
- Assisting and supporting all aspects of the finance division
- Ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required by management
Additional Duties
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries related to invoices and paymentsLiaising with sales teams and other departments on financial mattersUsing accounting software and spreadsheetsSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred); minimum 3–5 years of experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)Knowledge of AutoCount Software will be an added advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits of this role
