Fair Distinction Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Project Supervisor with Quantity Surveying qualifications to join their team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of the company's property development projects.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of retail and property development initiatives
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or concerns
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Prepare and review project reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required
• Provide guidance and support to the project team, including supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability
