Responsibilities

  • Handling Exhibition Task
  • Responsible to prepare quotations, propose and advise design (exhibition booth & related event structure).
  • To monitor exhibition / event site activities and control daily progress until work is completed and handover to clients.
  • To ensure always update the event progress, analysis and schedule to be reported to the management.
  • Responsible to register company as supplier to the government sector and follow up upcoming tender.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Assist project manager

    Requirements

  • STPM / Diploma / Degree (in any field)
  • Malaysian only. Own transport will be advantages.
  • Hardworking and can work under minimum supervision.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and etc.
  • Required skill(s) : MS Office, MS Excel, 3D Max, Photoshop.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
