Front Desk Hero / Heroine
WORQ is looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. In this role you will manage front‑desk operations, facilitate facility coordination, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient workspace. You will also support community engagement and assist with building and event management.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet members and guests, handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Register guests using iPad registration and ensure compliance with WORQ’s guest policy.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Assist the Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager with daily office operations.
- Manage paper documents and packages, distribute them appropriately.
- Cover the front‑desk counter during WORQ operation hours and when requested by management.
- Learn member and guest names to foster community relationships.
- Proactively anticipate member and guest needs, using collected data to personalize experiences.
- Keep the front desk area organized and clean.
- Answer inquiries about policies, procedures, way‑finding, and community etiquette.
- Help prepare event space and support event logistics.
- Ensure building‑specific forms and documents are current.
- Register new members and guests and maintain membership database.
- Act as an ambassador, touring guests around the space.
Qualifications
Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strong customer service skills.Basic computer skills (Google Suite).Enthusiastic about learning and teamwork.Positive, bubbly personality; enjoys interacting with others.Seniority level
